We accept payment via credit and debit card via the Paypal payment system (and of course, Paypal itself), Venmo, Stripe and Apple Pay.
I do offer part payments on orders over $200 AUD however these must be done via direct agreement with High Gloss Trash as they cannot be done via our current online gate way. More information on how this is offered coming shortly.
We are willing to ship worldwide but may not have your country listed in our shipping options - if you do not see an appropriate shipping option, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do! There are a few countries that restrict the import of jewelry items and there is also new tax laws in place in the UK which has caused a change of plans see below my lovely UK peeps and also see this page for detailed shipping info.
I do, however I cannot accept orders through this website due to the new VAT laws in place. But fear not! You can order via the High Gloss Trash Etsy store which will allow VAT to be collected upon purchase. You can use Etsy as a guest (no account creation required). And I will have a small number of pieces within any new release set aside so that you are not left out.

Essentially a pre-order is allowing the order/purchase of a designed and prototyped item prior to the initiating the full production. I do this to help cover cost of production without putting myself in a precarious financial position. It’s a buffer against those artistic moments where you think you’ve created the most AMAZING thing ever but only 3 other people agree and here you are with 47 of that most amazing thing left! But more so, in these days it’s about lowering waste and consumption of materials involved and emissions created while cutting. I’m also only one human and work in other fields so time is a precious commodity and pre-orders allow me to control and maximise my time management. A pre-order can however mean that the time between ordering and shipping your item may be a few weeks or more. So always check the details of a pre-order for production times. Also note that if you order a stock item and a pre-order, they will be shipped at the same time unless stated otherwise or unless you contact me to request differently. Doing will may incur an additional shipping fee.
High Gloss Trash is currently not offering custom one off pieces at this stage but it is under consideration in the future. HGT is open to commercial collaborations ranges and you can reach out to us here.

No straight answers on this one - not to be obtuse but I’m in the early stages myself and a bit of experimentation is required to see how best to release my designs. At this stage I aim for two releases of each piece, the first often being a pre-order and the second being the ‘final’ release. My intent is to create some pieces that will become Classic Trash designs and will always be around in an evolving manner (new colour ways/materials etc.) while others will be limited, one off releases that once sold out will not be released again.
