Based on customer feedback we will no longer be working with Sendle for domestic orders - these will now be handled via Australia Post only.
(Sendle will not post to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel collection points) - please choose Australia Post if you would like your items delivered to these locations. Sendle is a third party operator and currently uses DHL for the majority of it’s international shipments before transferring them to the local postal carrier. I have found this to be the cheapest international option while maintaining reliability.

New Zealand: 10 - 23 business days
Canada: 14 - 29 business days
United States: 14 - 27 business days
United Kingdom: 10 - 24 business days (please get in touch to arrange).
Europe: 13 - 28 business days
Japan: 12 - 30 business days
When placing your order please choose use an email address you check frequently as your tracking information from Sendle and Australia Post will be sent here. If you provide a phone number (recommended) it will be used by Sendle and Australia Post only in cases where they cannot deliver or have issues delivering your item.
You will receive an email when your parcel is book for collection from my studio that will include your tracking number and link. You can track it’s movements via this link also: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
Australia Post Parcel and Letter post for both Domestic and International deliveries.
Parcel post comes with tracking and will deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect. You will be provided with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Letter (used for stickers only) has no tracking.

You will find you are unable to complete checkout on this website (sorry) this is due to the new VAT laws in place as of January 1st 2021. But fear not! You can order via the High Gloss Trash Etsy store which will allow VAT to be collected upon purchase and your order to be shipped. You can use Etsy as a guest (no account creation required). And I will have a small number of any pieces within a release set aside so that you are not left out.
Please be aware that all customs, import duty and taxes related to your purchase are the responsibility of the buyer and you may be required to pay them before being able to receive your item. I am unable to predict when these will apply to you and I cannot mark items as gifts or of lower values that they are to help you avoid these charges.
I reserve the right to choose the best shipping method should your chosen method be experiencing delays, suspension or other delivery issues as notified by a provider at the time of booking - this will be done at no extra cost to you and will include tracking should your original choice have contained tracking also. This will only be done in extreme circumstances.
